Come and learn the wonderful art of linocut printmaking and create a handprinted card in a beautiful and inspiring setting, surrounded by plants at Botanica Plants & Lifestyle.
On this Spring themed workshop you will learn how to carve a design onto a piece of lino (from a choice of samples to copy all with the option to add your own personal touch). Once you have finished carving your block you will be guided through the hand printing process and how to use a relief press. At the end of the session you will take home a print and an A6 card. The perfect gift for mums this Mother's Day.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners or for those who have done some lino printing before, but no previous experience or drawing ability is needed.
